Sister Moana Moanalot’s name came from the days when she appeared as The Fabulous Moanalot Fontaine in California. Sr. Moana had been friends with various Sisters in California for over 20 years, but never felt she had the time she knew she’d need to commit to the Order. Upon moving to New Orleans, Sr. Moana helped to found the new House, with an eye toward fund raising and entertaining. Her turn-ons are people who are genuine and honest, and her turn-offs include people who are two-faced and dishonest. Harking to her own Native American ancestry, Sr. Moana’s spirit animal is the Eagle, which soars gracefully over the landscape in protective arcs.
